Purchase & Warranty Information

When you make a purchase, you will receive a key that is not initially bound to any account. Once the key is entered into the loader, it will be permanently linked to your account and a one-hour warranty period will begin.

This warranty covers account invalidity or pre-existing game bans that are detected within the first 5 minutes of activation. Please note that any game bans or issues arising after the initial 5-minute window—or at any time following the purchase—are not eligible for compensation or replacement.

To submit a warranty claim, you must provide valid proof of the issue by opening a support ticket at discord.gg/reloads.

Because keys are unbound prior to activation, we strongly recommend checking our loader stock status in the Discord server before completing your purchase to ensure availability.
